1. Parties

This agreement is between:

• WebHive Ventures LLC ("Service Provider")
• The user of QreateMenu services ("User")

2. Service Description

QreateMenu is a SaaS platform for creating, managing, and sharing digital menus, including AI-powered content features.

3. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate information
• Avoid unlawful content uploads
• Not misuse the platform
• Not infringe third-party rights

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.

QreateMenu is not liable for unauthorized account use caused by user negligence.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are recurring
• Payments are processed by third-party providers
• Refund terms are defined in the relevant subscription plan

6. Intellectual Property

The QreateMenu software, design, and infrastructure are owned by WebHive Ventures LLC.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

QreateMenu is not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Data loss
• Third-party service interruptions

8. Service Suspension

The service may be temporarily or permanently suspended when necessary.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
